Completed 168 hours split between the Patient Services Manager, Clinical Nutrition Manager, and the kitchen staff. 40 hours were completed online due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Prepared a Retail Marketing & Wellness event for the cafeteria.

Delegated kitchen duties with Patient Services Manager.

Demonstrated a smoothie recipe and diabetes education at a health fair.

Discussed heart health at another health fair and prepared heart healthy fruit salad to be distributed.

Interviewed patients for Patient Experience Research Project.

Conducted a Systems Analysis Research Project for the kitchen.
