My name is Ariel and I love food! I was born and raised in Toms River, NJ where I currently reside.  I attended Ocean County Community College for my Associates Degree and Rutgers University for my Bachelors. I completed my dietetic internship with Sodexo in Jupiter and Pensacola, Florida.

My nutrition philosophy has always been that food should be enjoyed and not obsessed over.  Food brings people together and demonizing one food or food group over another isn't helping us.  I hope to bring peace to peoples relationships with food, and help them optimize their health through food and nutrition.
